Anyway, Here are several pointers that will save you aggravation when hiring;

Run your ad in the main part of the newspaper as a display ad, not in the classifieds. You’ll get a better readership.

Ask the applicant “How did they treat you?” at their last job. Whatever they say about their last employer, they will say about you in a couple of weeks.

Look at ads for the kind of position you want to fill. Call them & ask for the best names of the 3 or 4 people they didn’’t hire.

You’ll get a great list of names that way.

If you have ever been approached by an ad rep, you know the feeling of confusion and frustration. They tell you how much your business will increase and how you will get SOOO many new customers.
